We’re both personal development junkies and we’ve been molding morning routines for quite some time now.
We would love to give you insights on how to create your own morning routine based on your goals and challenges.
Each thing has its own specific goal and at the end of the session you will have a clear call to action on how to do this.
I will explain how to easily implement new habits into your life with the least amount of resistance from yourself.
Natasha will do a short yoga class so make sure to bring a TOWEL (or yoga mat) and FLEXIBLE PANTS. It’s a carpet floor so a towel will suffice.
