Hackathon for Good is a global community where data and AI innovators team up with governments, NGOs, researchers, and industry to build solutions for real societal challenges.
Rooted in The Hague and powered by The Hague Tech, Hackathon for Good is more than an event it’s a year-round platform that brings people, data, and technology together to create positive impact.
Every edition helps transition leaders prototype with data and AI by providing access to datasets, tools, training, and expert guidance. We believe technology can support a better, more inclusive world when developed ethically, creatively, and collaboratively.

Hackathon for Good -
Youth Edition #1

The very first Youth Edition of Hackathon for Good invites young creators (13–17) to explore technology, AI, and societal challenges in a fun, safe, and hands-on one-day hackathon.
Guided by mentors, experts, and challenge owners, teams prototype solutions around digital resilience, online safety, and improving everyday life for young people. With workshops, demos, and youth-friendly challenge formats, this edition empowers the next generation of changemakers to hack for good for the first time.
