The session starts with an introduction to the AI Opportunity Canvas and how it can be used to assess, prioritize, and kick start AI initiatives. You will then move straight into a hands on exercise. Participants will select an AI use case, either their own idea or one of the provided examples, and work through it using the canvas.
By mapping strengths, risks, and potential blockers, you will see how better decisions can be made early on and how this shapes the first steps toward a successful AI project.
