This is not a theoretical talk. Think of it as an innovation playground. In 45 minutes, you will experience how PostNL moves from prompting to prototyping and practice. Using AI as a tool to quickly explore ideas, test assumptions, and make concepts tangible.
Participants will get a behind the scenes look at the innovation methodology used within the PostNL Innovation Studio and apply it directly through practical exercises. The exact activities may vary, but the focus stays the same: skills you can use in your day to day work.
